I just got my PC back yesterday with a motherboard and processor upgrade :) I also re-formatted my laptop, and now everything loads fast and looks clean.
Blanktris Final v1.6 is now available for download and I don't plan to update it in the near future due to my Directx assignments and final project (for the University).
Talking about directx, I spent some time installing and setting up my compiler as well as the directx sdk. I'm torn between using the old DirectX 9.0 SDK (Summer 2003) or the new one updated at October 2005. The sample code from my textbook doesn't compile in the October 2005 one, so theres a very good chance I'll use the old SDK.
